BlueLockManga respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we respond promptly to valid claims of copyright infringement committed using the services provided through our website.

1. Notification of Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your work has been copied or is being used on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us a written notice with the following required information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;

  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed;

  • Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing or the subject of infringing activity, with enough detail for us to locate it (please include URLs or direct links where possible);

  • Contact information, including a valid email address, telephone number, and mailing address;

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material removed or disabled was wrongly taken down, you may submit a counter-notification. Under the DMCA, your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;

  • Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed;

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;

  • Your full name, address, phone number, and email address;

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district (or the district in which the service provider is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, MangaNest has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to disable or delete accounts and remove content at our sole discretion and without prior notice if a user is found to be violating intellectual property rights.
